What is coaching?

Coaching is a collaboration, a facilitated and honest conversation exploring the goals and aspirations of the client in a safe and confidential environment.

  • Coaching with Claire has been incredibly insightful and useful especially as our company moved through large expansion and change.  Claire was instrumental in helping me understand how to better leverage my strengths, to get the most out of the team and coached me through what ever challenges were facing me that day or week.  I always felt highly energised after each session and ready to attack the world!

  • Claire has a unique combination of expert coaching knowledge, decades of business acumen and experience supported by her calm persona and natural curiosity. Her coaching skills are solution focused and positive. Strangely challenging, but highly rewarding.

  • I had a few coaching sessions with Claire, which I found very insightful. Claire really helped me to focus on my personal and professional growth and has a very positive approach. She helped me ask myself the right questions ultimately channelling my energy towards improvement. I couldn't recommend Claire enough!
